Copyright of the articles published in Jurnal Hukum Pidana Indonesia remains with the author(s). By submitting a manuscript to the journal, the author(s) grant Jurnal Hukum Pidana Indonesia the right to publish, reproduce, distribute, and disseminate the article as the first scholarly publication.

  1. Author(s)’ Warranties

By submitting a manuscript to Jurnal Hukum Pidana Indonesia, the author(s) warrant that:

  1. the manuscript is an original work of the author(s);

  1. Royalties

As an open access journal, Jurnal Hukum Pidana Indonesia does not provide royalties or other monetary compensation to author(s) for articles published in the journal.
