This licence permits use, sharing, adaptation, distribution, and reproduction of the published material in any medium or format, including for commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the author(s) and Asian Journal of Criminal Law and Criminal Justice as the source of first publication, a link to the licence is provided, and any changes made are clearly indicated. Copyright Ownership
Copyright of articles published in Asian Journal of Criminal Law and Criminal Justice remains with the author(s). Author(s)’ Warranties

Royalties
As an open access journal, Asian Journal of Criminal Law and Criminal Justice does not provide royalties or other monetary compensation to author(s) for articles published in the journal.
